To meet customs demand and for economic reasons, seven subsidiaries were set up between 1983 and 2003, in Australia, China, India, Malaysia and USA. The headquarters of the Magnetic Autocontrol Group is situated in Schopfheim, Germany. In 2003, the complete Magnetic Autocontrol Group was fully taken over by the CRH Fencing & Security Group belonging to CRH plc, a Dublin based multinational. Becoming a part of CRH allows Magnetic to offer total solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security, Barriers and Industrial Sliding Gates.
