Magnetic started fast in India and future growth looks most promising

Magnetic’s imprint on India began with the installation of Vehicle Barriers & Motorised Slide & Swing Gates at the Reliance Jamnagar Refinery, a large Gate Installation with 41 Gates & Barriers (Vehicle Barriers, Swing Gates and Slide Gates).

The TIDEL Park facility in Chennai, another large installation back in 1999 that holds a wide range of Magnetic Pedestrian Gates & Vehicle Barriers. TIDEL uses 32 lanes of Pedestrian Barriers (Flap Barriers), 8 Motorised Tripod Barriers and 12 Vehicle Barriers. All the lanes of installed Magnetic Pedestrian Barriers have proved its reliability and robustness, they have crossed 10 million operations in a span of 6 years.

Quality is a key success factor – it always pays off

The Golden Quadrilateral connecting INDIA-North South East & West under the auspices of the NHAI (National Highway Authority of India) saw success with Magnetic Barriers for many installations. As a beginning the Ahmedabad-Mehsana Tollway that had an alternate make of tollway barriers due to initial project costs has gone in for replacement with Magnetic Tollway Barriers. As a matter of fact, the Magnetic Autocontrol Group headquartered in Germany has implemented via its subsidiaries tollway barriers around the world such as in countries like the USA, France, China, Malaysia, Vietnam etc.
