Automation Australia has supplied 221 AFC gates for the “Tseung Kwan O” Railway with 7 Stations. The gates are built in several configurations according the station layout, such as: - Reversible Gate - Exit Gate - Entry Gate, etc.  Most gates are equipped with 4 torque Motors and 4 horizontal flaps. 6 wide lanes for Disabled access compliment the installation.  was the strategical partner with the system integrator for the implementation of this AFC System during 2002. The system is designed to accept tickets with stripe and the latest technology in contactless smart cards.
