As part of the Fremantle Ports ongoing security upgrade works in accordance with the requirements of Maritime Security Act, Fremantle Port has been progressively upgrading their security with a range of automatic entry gates, turnstiles and fencing works. As part of the ports budgeted AUD$2 million dollars upgrade works Magnetic Automation installed and commissioned 6 x MPT Full Height Security Turnstiles.
Magnetic Pedestrian Turnstile In recent months we have supplied further equipment for their gate entry system. This project delivered the installation and commissioning of 2 x 6 metre Heras Delta Modular Cantilever Gates. The drive technology used was Magnetic’s MSL 20 motor drive. The choice was made based on the combined low maintenance and fast operating speeds.
