Guangzhou Metro Magnetic Automation Australia has supplied to date 249 AFC Gates for Line 1 with 16 Stations and 453 AFC Gates for Line 2 with 16 Stations of the Guangzhou Metro. The Gates are built in 22 configurations according to the station layouts such as: - Reversible Gate - Exit Gate - Entry Gate, etc.  All Gates have soft vertical flaps. 74 telescopic wide lanes for Disabled access are also installed in the Guangzhou Metro.  The system is designed to accept smart contactless cards and smart contactless tokens. Magnetic was the Strategical Partner with the system integrator for the implementation of the AFC System during 2002.
